A. General category: Photos created by analogue or digital technology, coloured or black and
white photos with minimal digital adjustment (the adjustment of levels, curves, color balance,
hue/saturation, brightness/ contrast is allowed, but their general effect must not depart from reality).
The change of cropping and the retouching of technical flaws, such as scratch, dust or chemical
stains are allowed. However, the theme and the individual details of the image must not be
changed.
B. Experimental category: Photos created by graphic applications, by photomontage or other
subsequent adjustment.
C. Photojournalism category: Photojournalism entries shall consist of images with informative content
and emotional impact, including human interest, documentary, sports and spot news. The storytelling
value of the image shall receive priority over pictorial quality. In the interest of credibility, PJ images
must not misrepresent the truth. No situations shall be set up for the purpose of photography, and
no alteration of the subject matter is allowed, including any techniques that add combine, relocate,
replace or remove any elements of the original image. No unnatural sharpening or special effects
filters can be applied. Only cropping, resizing, lightening, or darkening and restoration of original
color are permitted. Color images can be converted to monochrome.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

- The contest is open, anybody may enroll regardless of age and residence, with the exception of
members of the jury and the organizer of the exhibition.
- Each entrant is entitled to submit a maximum of four images in each category.
- Size:
maximum image width (horizontal) is 1024 pixels and
maximum image height (vertical) is 768 pixels.
- The file size of the image must not exceed 500 KB. Colour space: sRGB
- The photos may be created using traditional or digital technology, however, the organizers will only
accept the final photo in a digital file, in JPG format.
- Entries not following this instructions, will be disqualified without refund of fee.
- Each entrant will receive a high quality salon CD catalogue.
- By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his own and permits the sponsors to
reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media
related to the exhibition. This may include low resolution posting on a website. The exhibition assumes
no liability for any misuse of copyright.
- The judges decisions are irrevocable.
- The submission of entries signifies acceptance of the Conditions of Entry
- Entries will not be judged without an entry form, available on the website www.agens90.com
together with the full payment of entry fee.
